The Vision.

Yoga is more than movement.

More than pranayama.

More than meditation.

More than philosophy.

Yoga is a way of life.

It is a holistic practice that reaches into all areas of life.

Understanding that we are part of a whole, but that we are also whole in ourselves, is a fundamental insight of yoga.

But to be honest, it's not easy to internalize this in our modern, fast-paced society, is it?

Our yoga practice is an instrument that we use to bring us closer to ourselves and this whole. It is something that nourishes our body and mind and keeps us healthy. It brings us into the moment and allows us to feel and enjoy a connection to ourselves - all with the intention of finding freedom from attachment and cultivating contentment within ourselves.

This is what we teach. This is what we want to pass on to you.
