9.30-12.00 Armbalance-/Inversion-Workshop - all levels
no previous experience is necessary!
The workshop is open to all levels and suitable for beginners as well as advanced practitioners.
Depending on the level, we will cover such things as:
- tips on how to build the required strength and mobility
- technique tips and training
- tips for home practice
- arm balances and inversions like Crow and Crane pose, Side Crow, Flying Crow, Funky Crow, Headstand in various variations, Koundinyasana I and II, Chinstand, Forearmstand, and more
- for advanced practitioners: advanced transitions to connect arm balances/inversions

Cancellation terms
Please note:
The reservation of a workshop spot is binding due to the limited number of places and the workshop fee is due in part or in full depending on the date on cancellation.
- Up to 22 days before the start of the workshop: 50% of the workshop fee
- 8-21 days before the respective workshop: Cancellation fee of 70% of the workshop price
- 7 days or less before the workshop: full amount
In case you booked and you can not join due to any reason, it is possible that you transfer your booking to someone else if you have someone to take your place. In this case let me know so we can manage the change.
