Personal guidance grounded in anatomy, fascia, and the nervous system — held together with yoga philosophy and energetics. Not a program you follow, but a practice we shape together.
Every coaching journey starts the same way — with an onboarding call. We talk, figure out what actually fits you, and go from there.
- — Onboarding call with me, to understand your goals, your body, and what would genuinely support your practice
- — A personalized 30-day practice plan for the online studio
- — Weekly video feedback on your practice
- — Monthly membership to the online studio included
These are entirely optional. If something below speaks to you, we can add it — but the base package works perfectly well on its own, too. We'll talk it through on the onboarding call, nothing needs to be decided beforehand.
A full 60 (or 90) minute private session with me — space for proper warm-up, real depth, and a practice tailored entirely to you in the moment.
For teaching yoga teachers: send a recording of a class you taught. I review your sequencing, cueing, and presence, and we go through it together.
For yoga teachersDirect access to me via WhatsApp for quick questions, short video check-ins, or a nudge when you need one — a closer layer of support between sessions.
Grounded in my background in intensive care nursing: education on nutrients, vitamins, and minerals in the context of movement and recovery, plus guidance on practice rhythm and what complements it well. This is educational guidance from a medical and physiological perspective — not individual nutrition counseling.
A free, no-pressure, no-commitment conversation. Tell me a bit about your practice and where you'd like to go — nothing is decided yet.
Together, on the call, we decide whether the base package alone is right for you or whether an add-on makes sense — nothing is one-size-fits-all.
Your personalized plan, weekly feedback, and anything you've added — all held by ongoing contact with me.
To keep the coaching personal, I'm currently working with a small number of people at a time. If spots are full when you reach out, I'll let you know — and keep you in mind for the next opening.
The onboarding call is the easiest way to find out — no commitment, just a real conversation about where you are and where you'd like to be.
